It still amazes me when I hear people say  that there is no real scientific evidence for the positive health effects of vitamins. Yet to date, 9 Nobel prizes have been awarded to scientists as a direct result of research into the benefits of vitamins.
 
Ask yourself.... Do you get a Nobel prize without scientific research?
 
As long as 65 years ago, a Nobel Prize was awarded for the discovery of the pre-eminent role of vitamin C in maintaining cellular metabolism to Professor Albert Szent-Gyory.
 
The body doesn't need high doses of vitamins but rather Special combinations that work together to create health so that the greatest possible benefits for healthy cells is achieved .
 
My approach to health is holistic and therefore will be supported by  nutrients that support a healthy lifestyle.
 
For us to produce health, it is, in my opinion, that it is the embracing of the whole that finally makes the difference in recovery and maintenance of our health.
 
** Most degenerative diseases are caused from three controllable causes.
 
1) Malnutrition - eating foods that contain too little of what we need to build healthy strong bodies.
 
2) Toxicity - by exposure to poisons that interfere with natures built in programme for health.
 
3) Poor digestion - that eventually leads to Malnutrition and Toxicity .
 
A healthy Nutritional Plan should look at the nutritional quality of the foods we consume on a daily basis.
 
Greens should be our most important food in maintaining and regaining our health.
 
Good Fats giving us the essential fatty acids that are so important to our health
 
Good Proteins that are present in 'whole foods' and herbs that contain many healing qualities.
 
Carbohydrates should be restricted to what we can burn as any excess will otherwise turn to fat.
 
Less processed foods and more whole foods which can then be supplemented with the nutrients that will work together to create health.

Our genes can only make healthy cells if they get the building blocks they need and which can only come from the foods we eat.
